It all started on a napkin. While prepping for his opening of “Stefan’s at LA Farm” in Santa Monica, Top Chef icon and Certified Master Chef Stefan Richter envisioned a brand that would be bold, timeless and unapologetic. Drawn on a napkin with a red marker, his name was signed over the existing LA Farm logo.
